I booked an entire long weekend of bookish loveliness on the island of Lesbos at Skala Eressos.
Well, it wasn’t me alone. One minute I was yammering on with the boss and the next she (Astrid) said, “Make it so.” So trekilicous.
I went whizzing down to Wendy at Sappho Travel and declared, “We’re doing it again! Book the town out, and we’ll paint it as red as editor’s pen.” It’s amazing how much remarks like that fail with the less bookery among us. So I repeated, “Can we have a lot of rooms, please? And air flights and transfers. All in one stupendous deal.”
So – if you want to hang out on the beaches, in the cafes, at the bars, on the terrace, at a chapel, have a beer, frappe, ouzo, sandwich, mezze, seafood, read, read, talk, read, laugh, talk, laugh, read, I guess you’ll need the following link to make it so.
